Thule Replacement Hinge, part # TH14936 Difficult to Snap Onto Box Hinge Troubleshooting
Question:
I cannot get the hinge to snap over the ball of the hinge. Sure Im a female and my hands arent as strong, but 3 men later, no one can get these to snap and this arrive new in box with the hinges undone one one side. Hammer, hands, and even vasaline wont get these to snap on. What gives?!

Are you in a cold climate possibly? That will make the plastic much more stubborn. If you can bring the box indoors or even possibly warm it up with a blow dryer you should see the plastic become easier to manipulate.
