2004 touareg roof rack channel. What are the dimensions of the flat part nut plate, Will it slide in the C hannel of this vw.

I can't tell you the dimensions of the channel on your VW. I can however, give you the dimensions of the block for the Eye Bolt Kit for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack - Qty 4 # RR43178. The length is 2.36 inches. The width is .77 inches. The depth is .39 inches. The diameter of the threaded eyelet shank is .375 or 3/8 inch.
