Why Does Bolt Size for Installing Curt Hitch # 13364 Use Different Wrench Size for Torque Specs
Question:
The instructions list that 18mm 15mm and 13mm sockets are needed because those are the bolt sizes on the 2017 grand caravan but torque specs say for 10mm and 12mm fasteners? What are the correct torque specs?

I know it's confusing, but actually the wrench size needed for the bolt does not reflect the actual size of the bolt.
When you get the hardware you'll notice that the threaded portion of the included bolts are two different sizes. The smaller of the two would be the 10 mm torque spec and the larger threads are for the 12 mm torque spec.
