I do have a solution for you, but unfortunately the MaxxTow Truck Bed Ladder Rack MT70423 is not compatible with a 2017 Nissan Titan that has the Utili-Track System.

For a similar ladder rack I recommend going with the Rola Haul-Your-Might T3 # 59799 which is an aluminum ladder rack that has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. This system adjusts just like the MaxxTow system plus it has aero style crossbars with the T slots for accessories.
