Is Fascia Trimming Required to Install Front Mount Hitch on a 2006 Jeep Commander

WILL I HAVE TO DO ANY TRIMING ON THE FRONT FACIAL COVER TO INSTALL THIS HITCH ON MY *2006 JEEP COMMANDER LIMITED 5.7 HEMI , 4 WHEEL DRIVE . I CAN PROVIDE A VIN # IF YOU NEED IT..THANK YOU KINDLY LEWIS 434-996-6264

To install the Curt front mount hitch receiver, part # C31056 on a 2006 Jeep Commander there isn't any trimming of the fascia. However, you do need to remove the tow hooks if your Jeep has them. In order to remove the tow hooks the grill and front bumper cover must be removed during the install and then reattached afterwards and some holes will be drilled in the Jeep's frame to mount the hitch.
If you don't have the front tow hooks this won't be necssary but instead you will need to enlarge some holes in order for the bolts to fit through them so you can use the fishwire technique.
