Can Battery Warming Wrap Be Powered by Battery Being Warmed?

The Kat's Heaters Thermal Battery Wrap # KH22200 utilizes 125V for the heater to function. The wrap surrounds the battery to keep it warm, but the 12 or 24 V batteries will not put out the power needed to supply the 80 watts of power on this battery wrap, so you cannot use the battery being heated to supply the power for the heater on the battery.
