When picking out a weight distribution system, the most important factor to consider is the total tongue weight of your setup. This number includes both the loaded tongue weight of your trailer (as if loaded and ready for a trip), along with any added cargo weight coming from behind the rear axle of your Yukon Denali. Ideally, this number will fall somewhere near the middle of the operating range for the system you choose.
The most accurate method for determining your trailer's loaded tongue weight is with a scale like the etrailer # e99044. In the meantime though, we can also make a good estimate using the trailer's GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating), which is the most the trailer can weigh when fully loaded. Based on my research, your 2017 Springdale 189FLWE has a GVWR of 5,985 pounds.
Since a trailer's tongue weight should be 10 to 15 percent of its total weight, we can estimate a loaded tongue weight of around 600 to 900 pounds using this GVWR. With this in mind, I recommend taking a look at the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET, which features a tongue weight capacity of 600 to 1,000 pounds. Once you factor in the additional cargo weight from behind the rear axle of your Yukon, your total tongue weight should fall nicely within this range. This system will do a great job of evenly distributing weight over the axles of your trailer and tow vehicle, while its integrated 4-Point Sway Control will limit any side-to-side movement. This particular system includes everything you need.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this system, along with an FAQ on weight distribution systems that you might find helpful.
