Will the GMC Hitch Part # C31016 Fit a 2000 GMC Savana Van with Leaf Springs in Front
Question:
Will this fit my 2000 GMC Savanna G3500 with front leaf springs?

I spoke to my contact at Curt and they stated that since the vehicle has been modified from stock they cannot guarantee the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C31016 will work for you. This hitch is designed to fit models with coil spring in the front and since you have leaf springs in the front, the hitch may or may not work.
In order to determine if it will work you will want to take a look at the attached video and compare that to your vehicle to see if space permits. Unfortunately this will be your best option as none of the front mount trailer hitches we have are designed to work on models with leaf springs in the front.
