The Vision X Headlight Conversion Kit part # VX-46 is a headlight housing and does not come with the headlight bulb. You can add the headlight bulbs to this housing using part # VX-L9007. You would need cut off your existing headlight bulbs pigtail and wire it to the harness included with the housing using part # DW01899-1. You will need 6 of the spade terminals in order to wire the new harness.
If your 1986 Ford F-Series truck uses a 9007 headlight bulb then you will not need to use the wiring harness as your existing lights will plug right into these housings.
