The best way to adjust handling on your 2017 Ford F53 18K chassis is to start with anti-sway bars. I recommend starting in the back with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Motorhomes # RM-1139-146. Then I recommend the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148. These will help the handling by reducing body roll and diminishing the effects of crosswinds and shifting cargo by balancing the weight transfer.

Then to assist with keeping your motorhome in line, I recommend the Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer with Mounting Brackets # RM-RBK22-RSSA. This will help your motorhome by minimizing wander and helping you maintain control in crosswinds, rut tracking, road edging and even a tire blowout. The tempered steel spring works to keep your vehicle straight to greatly reduce road fatigue and make driving more comfortable.

These components will help most with handling, but you can also use suspension enhancement to assist. For non-air systems, I recommend the SumoSprings # SSF-170-40-2 for the front and # SSR-187-40-1 for the rear. These will help absorb bumps and shocks and minimize sway while also helping to level the vehicle.

These components can all be used together or independently as you choose but are all the correct fit for your specific chassis model and weight.
