Question:

can you recommend a folding ramp to load a 150 ib. honda 3500 generater into the back of our 2017 dodge 1500 pickup. the tailgate is approx, 36 inches off the ground. we are old peeps and some ramps would be too steep for us, your help would be appreciated

The longest folding ramps we have for you is the Arched Loading Ramp Set part # 288-07432 for 1 or part # 288-07432-2 for 2 which are 90" long. The 90" length will ensure the angle that will be required to load the generator in your truck bed is not too steep. They are reasonably priced and very lightweight weighing in at only 23.5 lbs per ramp. The great thing about these ramps is that they have cam buckle safety straps that prevent the ramp from sliding out during loading and unloading.

Any idea how hard it would be to wheel a 270 lb generator up a 10 foot ramp into a pickup? The ramp angle would be about 20 degrees.

That's a difficult question to answer. It won't be "easy" but with a 20 degree incline I certainly think it's doable. Maybe just have a buddy on hand to help load it up when needed.
