Does Threre Need to be Cut Outs in BedRug Bed Liner to Use Fifth Wheel Hitch in 2009 Ram 1500?
Question:
I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 full size bed, regular cab. The question is that I have a 5th wheel hitch installed in the bed and I would like to know if the company has come across this type of installation or would I have to cut out the area where the rails are situated on the bed?

Helpful Expert Reply:
In order to use a fifth wheel hitch with the BedRug Custom Full Truck Bed Liner # BRT02LBK there will need to be cut outs so that your hitch does not come into contact with the carpet of the liner. So a carpet liner can be used with your 2009 Ram and fifth wheel so long as you ensure the hitch and rails are not installed on top of the carpet of this liner.
