Will this work with the Kodiak K2R526S stainless steel disc brakes? I

The disc brake kit you mentioned does not include hubs so for use with the Timbren Axle Less kit part # TASR5200S03 that you mentioned running two of the part # K1HR526DS would be your best option. This kit includes a Dacromet-plated hub-and-rotor assembly, as well as a stainless steel caliper and Dacromet-plated mounting bracket.
