Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for 2007 Nissan Altima and Beach Cruisers
Question:
Hello, Im trying to buy a hitch bike rack for my 2007 Nissan Altima and Im not sure which one will fit my wifes beach cruiser which has fenders. I was thinking of getting the kuat sherpa or the yakima holdup. Is there anyway a beach cruiser woth fenders will fit in any of those two bike racks? I looked into other bike racks but I dont like any of them Thank you in advance,

For bikes with fenders you really can't use wheel mount style racks as the fender gets in the way.
Instead you'd have to go with a frame mounted platform bike rack like the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Rack part # SA4412B. This will grab the frame and will not interfere with the fenders.
