Does the Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack for 2 inch Hitches, come with the hardware needed to attach it to my 2013 Dodge Caravan? Do I need to purchase the 2 inch hitch separately?

Yes, you will need to purchase a 2 inch hitch as well which is not included.

The Swagman Original 4 Bike Rack, Item # S64400, will come with the basic hardware needed to attach the rack to a 2 inch hitch. It does not include items you need to cable lock the rack. Adapters for women's and children's bikes or alternative frames are also not included.

For a 2 inch hitch, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch, Item # 75579. This hitch is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan and will let you tow a trailer or carry a bike rack or cargo carrier. It has a sturdy design that easily bolts-on to the frame of your Grand Caravan. It has a maximum weight capacity of 4,000-lbs and maximum tongue weight of 400-lbs. Be sure to check your owner's manual for your vehicle's capacities and recommendations for towing.

You will also need a hitch ball mount, a hitch ball, pin and clip, and I recommend the Etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2 inch Hitches, Item # 989900, if you need these items. The kit includes two ball mounts, two different sized hitch balls, as well as two pins and clips.

If you need a locking option, I recommend the 10 feet Long Cable Lock, Item # e98891.

If you need to carry women's, children's, or alternative frame bikes, I recommend the Kuat Ubar Frame Adapter Bar, Item # UB01. This adapter will provide a horizontal cross tube so that these type of bikes can be secured to the bike rack.
