The HitchMate TruckStep Extendable Hitch Mounted Step # HE4045 referenced in your question is not vehicle specific and is designed to work with any 2 inch trailer hitch receiver. The only measurement you will want to check is the distance that the support arm will extend back from the hitch when it is mounted. The arm will sit 1-5/8 inches below the hitch receiver and extend under the vehicle 22-1/2 inches from the front of the receiver. You will just want to make sure this will not interfere with a spare tire or other component under your Toyota Tundra. I have attached an image to help clarify these dimensions.

This is a really nice hitch-mounted step that can slide out an additional 12-1/2 inches from the receiver so that it can be used even when the tailgate is down. It has a capacity of 500 pounds and the step itself measures 9-1/4 inches wide and 5-1/2 inches deep.
