The HitchMate TruckStep Extendable Hitch Mounted Step # HE4045 referenced in your question has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Keep in mind though that since this will be mounted to your vehicle's trailer hitch, you will also want to note the tongue weight capacity of the hitch itself. You will need to adhere to whichever limit is lower, the step or the trailer hitch.
This is a really nice, unique step that features a support strut that slides 12-1/2 inches out from the receiver opening so that it can clear things like the tailgate of a truck. It is compatible with 2 inch trailer hitch receivers and the step itself measures 9-1/4 inches wide and 5-1/2 inches deep.
