We have the Car Top Cargo Rooftop Cargo Box # CTC-18S which is one of the few that has the internal dimensions you need at 56-1/3" long x 38-1/3" wide x 18-1/3" tall and can fit crossbars that are between 22 and 31 inches that are up to 3-3/4 inches wide.
