I have a 2017 Nissan Titan XD diesel w/ 61/2inch bed. What gooseneck to 5th wheel adapter can I use?

What you'll want is the Nissan rail kit to gooseneck hitch adapter part # DM6200 which is a confirmed fit for the rail kit of your 2017 Nissan Titan XD and then a slider hitch like the part # RP30047 to give you the turning clearance you'd need from a hitch.
Going with just an adapter like the part # CAB-C5G that you referenced isn't ideal as it you'll need additional clearance to make tight turns like what the slider hitch provides.
