The Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle # F2703 is a confirmed fit for your 2012 Ford F-350 6.7L PowerStroke Diesel. Your 5 inch exhaust will not be an issue.
I recommend the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System with Analog Gauge and Heavy Duty Compressor - Single Path # F2097 in addition if you want to have control of your air spring pressure at the push of a button. This gives you the convenience of adjusting your ride anytime from the convenience of your cab.
