For your 1999 Ford F-250, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50082. These brackets are a custom fit and will work well with your 5th wheel rails. I also recommend using the Replacement Hardware Kit for Reese 5th Wheel Base Rails - 10 Bolt # RP58504 as the hardware for your current rails is only intended for one time use.
You may also want to consider using the 5th wheel wiring harness # C56000 to add a second 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection access and a clean look.
