For a backup camera system very similar to the Hopkins # HM60195VA that you referenced, I recommend taking a look at the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002. Unlike the system you mentioned, this does include a 3-1/2 inch color monitor that will provide a large, static-free image with clear definition.

The screen will also display color-coded fields to indicate the distance to objects and can mount right to your windshield, dashboard, or center console with the included foam tape. It features a simple installation, as it can plug inline with an existing 7-Way trailer connector or simply hardwired if you do not have a 7-Way.
