On your 2011 Ford F-250, you will want to start by checking your fuses. You can verify which fuses are tied to your 7-way in your owner's manual, but based on my research, check fuses 13, 14, 15, 30, 31 and 35 in the passenger compartment near the floorboard. In the power distribution
If this fuse is fine, you'll want to use a circuit checker like part # PTW2993 and starting at the rear of your vehicle, work forward checking the wires as you go to make sure they are in working order.
Finally, unplug, clean and check the poles and wires of your 7-way and 4-way connectors, especially where the 4-way and the 7-way plug into the truck's wiring. There's a good chance that these can come loose from normal use. Dirt, even with a lot of electrical tape, can work its way in over time as well and start lowering the connectors' effectiveness.
