Yes, I spoke to my contact at Reese and the Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit, Item #RP50142-58, does fit the 2011 Dodge 1500 Quad Cab with 6 foot 4 inch bed.
An excellent choice for a hitch to go with this installation kit would be the Curt A16 slider, part # C16521, which will allow clearance for making tight turns with your short bed pickup.
You may also be interested in wiring for the bed of your 2011 Dodge. The 90 degree in bed wiring harness, # 50-97-410, will plug inline with the factory wiring and install in the bed of the truck with no additional wiring needed, see install video for reference.
