how do i hard a 4 wire flat connectorr yellow brown green and white to a green gray blue orange yellow and brown round conn.

You'll have to wire by function. Use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to determine the function of each of the wires and then wire them accordingly to the 4-way.
The 4-way wiring colors are yellow left turn/stop, green right turn/stop, white ground, and brown taillight.
