With a B&W Gooseneck System installed, it is not possible to install the Reese Quick-Install Custom Bracket Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50066 and base rails # RP58058.
If you want to keep your B&W Underbed gooseneck, you can use the Companion slider # BWRVK3400 designed to utilize your gooseneck hitch as an underbed rail kit.
Another option is to use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # 16310 along with the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Square Tube Slider # RP30051 you mentioned.
With whatever option you choose, I recommend the Bargman wiring harness # 50-97-410 to add a 7-way to the bed of your truck for easy connection access.
