Typically the wheel used for the Trailer Hub Assembly # 84550UC1-EZ would be a 13", 14", 14-1/2", or 15" which is why we have it listed that way. If your 16" wheel has a 5 on 5" bolt pattern and will clear the fender and trailer frame on your trailer then you can definitely use it. You can verify that you have a 5 on 5" bolt pattern by measuring from the center of one bolt to the far edge one across from it. If it measures 5" then that is the bolt pattern that you have.
Please note that you will want to make sure that this hub is compatible with your trailer spindle. This hub uses a # L68149 Inner Bearing, a # L44649 Outer Bearing, and Grease Seal # 58846 which has a 1.719 ID and a 2.565" OD.
I have attached a review video for you to check out.
