Bike Rack That is Rated for use Behind a Camper Trailer

Is it safe to install this bike rack to a 2 inch receiver of a camper trailer rear bumper?

There is a bike rack that will work for you, though the Thule Doubletrack # TH92BJ is not rated for use behind an RV or trailer. Instead I recommend the Swagman Dispatch # S44FR which is rated for use behind a trailer and will fit in a 2" hitch.
The Swagman Dispatch has a weight capacity of 45 lbs per bike and has a shank with 6-1/4" of rise for extra clearance. It uses sliding wheel cradles with ratcheting straps to secure the wheels to the rack and rubberized ratcheting hooks to secure your bikes by the top tubes. It also comes with a hitch pin lock and cable lock for added security to protect your investment. I've added links to a couple video reviews of the Dispatch for you to take a look at.
