Recommended Rear Sway Bar for 2017 Thor Four Winds 24F
Question:
I saw your advice on the order of most to least impact on improving drive-ability being the 1 rear sway bar, 2 the front sway bar, and 3 the steering stabilizer. Given that, I want to see about proceeding with step 1 - the rear sway bar. My MH has stock versions of all three items, but the sway bars seem to be rather small in diameter. How difficult are the rear or front sway bars to install? More specifically, can it be done a without drilling, b with hand tools, and c with the coach on the ground and not on a lift? Anxious for your reply. Thanks in advance.

For your 2017 Ford e-350 chassis with V-10, I recommend you use the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Motorhomes # RM-1139-117 for your application. This is an easy installation with just simple hand tools. There is no drilling required for this application. I've attached a product review to assist.
I've attached the installation instructions, and you can see by their note to set the parking brake and chock the wheels that they have intended for this installation to be done on the ground. The only tool you need beyond a socket kit is the torque wrench. If you don't have one, I recommend # ALL944001.
