Yes, the universal wedge that is included with the Sidewinder is compatible with the Pro Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # PS30128.

This kit also includes the Universal Base Rail Kit part # RP30035 which is compatible with your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado. The installation instructions have been attached for you to check out.
