Can Swagman XC Bike Rack be Locked to Hitch
Question:
I just purchased a drawtite 1 14inch hitch for my mazda 3. I now want to purchase the swagman xc2 bike rack, but would need to have some sort of lock for the rack and trailer, as we have a lot of theft where I live. What do you reccomend? Thank You

Expert Reply:
The Swagman XC part # S64650 can be locked easily with the anti-rattle lock part # S64029 for just locking the rack to the hitch.
If you wanted a way to lock the rack to the vehicle and then lock bikes to the rack you'd instead want the part # S64031 which gives you a cable lock to secure the bikes to the hitch as well.
