I have good news!

We do have 12 inch x 2 inch trailer brake assemblies for 6,000 pound axles that feature the 4 bolt mounting pattern that you are needing. For this, I recommend the Dexter Electric Brake Kit # 23-105-106-09. This kit includes two 12 inch x 2 inch electric brake assemblies for both the driver and passenger side. It is designed to mount to the 4 bolt flange on your 6,000 pound axle and will work with your existing 16 inch wheels.

We do have one replacement magnet available that is designed for 6,000 pound axles like what you have with the Magnet Kit # AKBRKR-M12. This will likely work great as replacements on your trailer brakes, as it is compatible with most manufacturers, including AxleTek, Dexter, Lippert, IAC, and AL-KO. It features an oval design and dimensions of 2 inches long, 3-1/8 inches wide, and 1 inch tall. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out.
