Orientation of Wedge for Curt A16 and E16 Fifth Wheel Hitches on Sidewinder/Reese Revolution  

Question:

Does the wedge go big end first or smaller end first? I also have 2 options. Originally was the c 16991 or something and then this unit. Which Curt no longer makes. Which do I need for the e 16 slider.

I attached a picture that shows how the E16 wedge part # C16991 and Q16 wedge part # C16992 install on a Sidewinder or Reese Revolution pin box.
