Ball Mount Recommendation to Carry a Cargo Carrier and Tow a Trailer at the Same Time
Question:
Can I use the Curt Dual Reciever to tow a single jet ski trailer and a aluminum cargo carrier?

We do have an option for you that would work better than the Curt Dual Receiver, # D-192. I recommend the Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount, # D210. This ball mount was designed for your application; towing a trailer and carrying an accessory at the same time. It has a higher tongue weight capacity as well.
The cargo carrier and cargo loaded on it, plus the tongue weight of the trailer all count against the 750 pound tongue weight capacity of this ball mount and the receiver portion of the ball mount is limited to 350 lbs.
The towing portion requires a ball with a 1 inch diameter shank like # 63845 (2 inch diameter), # 19260 (1-7/8 inch diameter), or # 63847 (2-5/16 inch diameter).
