i deliver trucks.i need to plug my tow car lights to truck or semi. where do i get brake lights? i have running,turn

If you are looking for a circuit that carries only a brake signal you can try a third brake light circuit as that's typically the easiest place to find that circuit near the rear of a vehicle.
For a set of towing lights you could use the magnetic kit part # TL21RK for an easy solution.
