Bike Rack Recommendation for Fat Bike With 4 Inch Tire Width

Question:

I am interested in the Thule Easy fold 9032 bike rack, however, I have a fat bike with 4” tire width Has this model been upgraded to accommodate 4” width tires or is there an adapter to replace the smaller tray. Thanks,

There are bike racks that can accommodate your fat bike with a 4 inch tire including the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202.

I also recommend checking out the Kuat NV 2.0 # NV22B along with the Phat Bike Adapter Kit # APBK, which will allow you to use tires that are up to 4.8" wide on the NV 2.0. This bike rack uses ratcheting hooks to grip your bike by its tires so there is no frame contact, features an integrated foot lever so you can tilt and fold the rack and has sliding ratcheting straps so if you have bikes with different lengths there will be no issues.

But wait there's more! The NV 2.0 # NV22B is metallic black but is also available in Gunmetal Gray # NV22G. These racks come with a hitch lock and cable lock as well as 2 keys and has a weight capacity of 60 lbs per bike. It even comes with a handy built-in bike repair stand should you need to do any type of bike maintenance in a pinch.

I've added links to video reviews of this rack and adapter for you to take a look at as well.
