can a hitch extension be installed at the end of the carrier so that a bicycle rack can also be carried? for use in 24ft class B sprinter RV

I have a solution for you, however, the Curt 19x60 carrier, part # C18100 cannot have bike rack extensions added to it.
Instead, I recommend Hollywood Rack's Sport Rider SE2 with Cargo Carrier, part # HR1450Z-85. This is a Class III rack that is rated for large van and RV use. It can carry two 50 pound bikes and up to 100 pounds of cargo in the carrier, and the carrier and rack can be used independently of each other on other vehicles.
