The etrailer.com Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX referenced in your question features an inner tube diameter of 2 inches. With this in mind, the Replacement 6" Caster Wheel # BD500245 will work well to replace the footplate on the jack, since it is designed to fit 2 inch jack tubes.

Keep in mind though, that when using the wheel on your jack, its 3,500 pound capacity will be reduced to the 1,200 capacity of the wheel. This is simply because the trailer jack will be limited by its weakest component. This is the highest rated jack wheel we have available for a 2-inch diameter tube.
