Lightbar Crossbar Recommendation for 1999 Isuzu Rodeo

Question:

I intend to fit a single Rhino Rack Sportz Cap crossbar onto my 1999 Isuzu Amigo to use as a light bar. I need the feet of the crossbar to set directly over the roof caps at 43” o.c. where they will be mounted. Question 1: which length bar will fit, or can I cut it to fit? Question 2: can I buy a single bar, or am I stuck with two? Thanks!
