I do have a suspension enhancement option for you but the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2071 will not work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1110 on your 1988 Ford F-350 as the upper airbag brackets interfere with the mounting brackets for the gooseneck hitch.
For a similar type of suspension enhancement that will work with your gooseneck hitch, I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR350SDE. The Timbren springs will do an excellent job of distributing weight, improving handling, and reducing the wear and tear on your existing suspension components.
