The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37041ET referenced in your question is made right here in the USA.
This is an excellent system that will do a great job of evenly distributing weight over the axles of your trailer and tow vehicle. It features integrated 4-point sway control to limit side to side movement. It has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 400 pounds. As long as the total tongue weight of your setup, which includes both the loaded tongue weight of your trailer plus any added cargo coming from behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle, falls below this limit, this system will be perfect. You can use a scale like the etrailer # e99044 to easily and accurately verify your trailer's loaded tongue weight.
With this system, you will just need to add an adjustable shank like # EQ90-02-4700 and you'll be all set. I have attached the written instructions and a short video demonstration on the system that you can also check out.
