Could Two of Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receivers # UF35-946402 Carry Motorcycle Carrier
Question:
I am buying a RV motorcycle lift it requires two receivers will the Item # UF35-946402 work? The bike weights about 350lbs and I was told that the lift weights about 300lbs so total added weight is between 600 and 700 lbs. My RV is a 1999 Safari Trek diesel motor in front.

Helpful Expert Reply:
Two of the Ultra-Fab 2" Motor Home Trailer Hitch Receivers # UF35-946402 would in theory hold 650 lbs, but I believe there would be a weight capacity issue on the bumper of your Safari. I can't imagine it's rated for holding 650 lbs so you'd want to first confirm with them that you'd have the needed bumper capacity.
