Do Hubs with Bearing Buddies Need to be Packed with Grease or Can they Just be Filled After with BB
Question:
I have used bearing buddies for 20 + years. I alway watched the spring and fill hole. But after taking them off yearly to check the bearings I just found the space between the bearings had a lot of grease but nothing was forcing it to the inside/back bearings?????

Ideally when you pack hubs that use Bearing Buddies you pack them like you would if they didn't have the Bearing Buddy and then use the Zerk fitting like you have been to apply grease till you see the spring surface move.
I attached a video on how to pack bearings for you to check out as well.
