Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System for Grand Design Reflections
Question:
I am contemplating installing a “Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System w/ Touchpad and Remote - 20,000 lbs” on a new Grand Design Reflection Series 150 model 230RL 5th wheel trailer. Can you tell me about any issues that I may need to know about an installation that I will have done at a Lippert authorized dealer/installer.

The installation of the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 is fairly straight forward. Even the electrical connections are plug and play style so not a lot of guesswork involved or splicing. And since you would have the system installed by a Lippert certified installer they would be able to overcome any obstacle that might show up.
The only thing is that the rear jacks are designed to mount to 8", 10", or 12" tall frames. If your Grand Design has a 6 inch tall frame it would require alternate brackets that are not available in the aftermarket anymore. But again if you take it to a Lippert authorized installer that shouldn't be a problem. I have linked the installation instructions for you to view.
