Fitting a 1-1/4 inch Thule Parkway to a 2 Inch Trailer Hitch Receiver
Question:
I have the Thule 956 parkway bike carrier. It has the stinger for a 1.25inch receiver. is there a complete stinger replacement part for a 2inch receiver or is there an adapter for this model to go from the 1.25inch to 2

I have a solution for you, but there's not a Thule branded way to fit your Thule 1-1/4 inch Parkway to the larger hitch.
You can use a Brophy Hitch Reducer, part # HT02 in order to adapt your 2 inch hitch to work with smaller 1-1/4 inch accessories. Keep in mind this will add about three additional inches to the rear of your vehicle.
