The CIPA EVO Formance Spectras 9006 Halogen Headlight Bulbs # CM93423 referenced in your question are intended for off-road use only. These bulbs do not meet Department of Transportation specifications.

These bulbs will give off an HID-like blue hue compared to the yellowish tint of your OEM lights. They have a brightness rating of 1,300 lumens and an 8,000 K color temperature. I have attached a short video demonstration on these lights so you can get a closer look at them in action.
