Can the CIPA EVO Formance Spectras H4 # CM93353 be Used for Driving on the Road

Can I use these in my vehicle for driving around? I like the idea of having blue headlights but I'm not sure if that's okay...

Although you can use the CIPA EVO Formance Spectras H4 # CM93353 as headlights, they are for off-road use only.

They do not meet Department of Transportation specifications so it would be dangerous to use them on regular roads.

These bulbs have an 800-hour bulb life, have a brightness rating of 1,300 lumens, and have a color temperature of 8,000 K.
