Compatibility of the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier with the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack

Will a ski/snowboard carrier #987 fit with a spare me 2 bike rack?

I do have an option for you but the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter TH987XT will not work with the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Rack part # TH963PRO. In order to carry your skis and or snowboards with this bike rack you will need to use the Thule Tram Ski and Snowboard Carrier Adapter part # TH9033. Please note that there were a few different generations of the Tram adapter and Spare Me bike rack so you will need to confirm which one you have to determine compatibility.

This adapter will allow for you to carry up to 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards. The ultra soft rubber pads protect your skis and snowboards from scratches. In order to secure your skis and or snowboards to the adapter you will want to use the Thule Cable Lock part # TH538XT.
