The Camco Brass Propane Tee # CAM59125 referenced in your question does indeed feature a propane tee with 4 ports. The female P.O.L. will connect to a propane regulator, while the excess flow soft nose P.O.L. will connect to the actual propane supply/tank. The 1"-20 male throwaway cylinder thread will allow you attach a hose and the 1/4 inch inverted flare lets you connect a propane cylinder supply hose.
The 5 foot long supply hose is included.
