I reached out to my contact at Covercraft and they said the Covercraft Tan Flannel Custom-Fit Indoor Vehicle Cover # C12073TF is about 50/50 blend of polyester and cotton. It is about the weight of a denim due to the soft flannel on the inside that actually touches the vehicle. There is no polypropylene.

The Covercraft Reflec'Tect Custom-Fit Outdoor Vehicle Cover - Silver # C12073RS is a urethane-coated polyester, so it is very lightweight and similar to a parachute material. It provides protection from UV rays, weather, and dust. There is no polypropylene in this cover either.

They are very different covers, one for indoor use only and one that can be used indoor or outdoor.
